Taxes prepared on your device.
Not on a server.

Point the camera at a W-2. Watch the refund move.

Document scanning, OCR, classification, cross-field validation, federal and New York math, and form filling run in one offline pipeline.

Built-in browser with on-device autofill panel

Reads 16 document types

W-2, the 1099 family, 1098, K-1, even multi-page consolidated brokerage statements. Misreads get caught by IRS-style cross-checks before they touch a return.

Fills the real forms

Official 1040, Schedule C, D, SE, 8949, and New York IT-201 PDFs, filled and e-signed by our own engine. No third-party PDF vendor.

Autofills the web too

A built-in browser fills government and casting-site forms from the encrypted vault, and learns new forms as the user submits them.

Runs the return again, with the move made

The Refund Maximizer tests real actions against your own numbers: an IRA contribution that clears the saver's credit line, a retirement contribution that restores the performer's QBI deduction, itemizing instead of the standard deduction. Every figure it shows is your whole return recalculated, federal plus New York State plus New York City, not a rule of thumb.

Own stack

We didn't wrap a webview. We built the engine.

Eighteen Rust crates cover what most startups rent: a browser engine with its own TLS and HTTP/2, a JavaScript interpreter, PDF parsing, filling and signing, and neural OCR that never uploads a pixel.

That is why the privacy claim holds. There is no cloud dependency to leak through, no per-seat API bill scaling against margin, and no vendor that can turn the lights off.

The math is checked against the IRS itself.

43 of 43 IRS scenarios reconciled

We run the test returns published with the IRS Direct File source and match its fact graph line by line: AGI, tax, credits, and the final refund.

58 parameters cross-checked

Every bracket, phase-out, and credit constant is verified against the PSLmodels Tax-Calculator, the reference model used in federal policy research.

Business

Free where it builds trust. Paid where it scales.

The wedge is 50,000+ working actors and a freelance economy of 1.3 million in New York alone: people with W-2 stacks, 1099 side income, union dues, and no love for $400 tax-prep bills. The same pipeline generalizes to every US freelancer.

Distribution is direct: Google Play and Microsoft Store builds are signed and submission-ready today.
